1. Digital Goods & Instant Delivery
At Muhaven.com, we provide digital services and virtual assets. All purchases of the virtual currency known as "Coins" are classified as digital goods. Due to the automated nature of our system, delivery of "Coins" to your account typically occurs instantly upon a successful transaction via our payment gateway (Stripe).
In rare technical circumstances, delivery may take up to a maximum of 24 hours. Once the "Coins" have been credited to your account's database, the service is deemed "fully performed" and "consumed" under digital commerce standards.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy
By completing a transaction on Muhaven.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
- Finality of Sale: All transactions are final. Because "Coins" are intangible, digital assets that cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we do not offer refunds once the assets have been successfully delivered.
- Irrevocability: Virtual "Coins" cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for real-world currency, physical goods, or any other services outside of the Muhaven.com environment.
- In-Game Usage: Any "Coins" spent within the game for VIP services, items, or character enhancements are non-reversible under any circumstances.
3. Limited Exceptions & Dispute Resolution
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, Muhaven.com values its community and may consider refund requests in the following specific, documented cases:
- Verified Non-Delivery: If a technical error occurred on our side and the "Coins" were not delivered to your account within 48 hours of a successful charge, and our support team cannot manually rectify the delivery.
- Duplicate Transactions: If a system glitch resulted in a verified duplicate charge for the same package within a short timeframe. In this case, the duplicate amount will be eligible for a refund, provided the duplicate "Coins" have not been spent.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. After this period, no requests will be reviewed.
4. Chargebacks & Account Protection
We take payment security and fraud prevention very seriously. Initiating a dispute or a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team is considered a breach of our Terms of Service.
Consequences of Chargebacks: Any account associated with a chargeback or payment dispute will be permanently banned from Muhaven.com. This includes the loss of all characters, items, and progress. We also reserve the right to share transaction data with payment processors to contest fraudulent disputes.

If you experience any issues with your payment, or if your "Coins" have not appeared after the 24-hour window, please contact our billing support immediately. We are here to help and will work to resolve any technical discrepancies as quickly as possible.
