1. General Provisions & Acceptance

Welcome to Muhaven.com. By accessing this website or registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Muhaven.com operates as a private research and community project based on the MU Online universe. This service is provided strictly for educational, testing, and entertainment purposes. We do not claim ownership of the original game assets; however, we own the unique configurations and community environment provided here.

2. Virtual Assets & "Coins"

All virtual data, including but not limited to characters, items, and the virtual currency known as "Coins", are the sole property of the Muhaven.com project.

• Limited License: Users are granted a non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use these assets within the Muhaven.com game world.
• No Real-World Value: "Coins" and other virtual items have no monetary value outside of the server. They cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged for "real-world" money or physical goods.
• Account Ownership: The administration reserves the right to manage, modify, or remove any virtual asset if it is deemed necessary for server balance or security.

3. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Play

To maintain a fair and competitive environment on the Wega x50 server, players must strictly adhere to our fair play policy:

• Software Interference: The use of third-party software, including hacks, bots, automated scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited.
• Exploitation: Any attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities is a violation of these terms. Players are encouraged to report such issues to the staff.
• Community Standards: Harassment, hate speech, toxic behavior, or impersonating Muhaven.com staff members will result in immediate account termination.

4. Donations & Payment Terms

Donations to Muhaven.com are voluntary contributions made by the community to support server hosting, infrastructure maintenance, and further development.

When you make a donation, you receive "Coins" as a digital reward and a token of our gratitude. Please note:

• All transactions are final. Once the payment is processed and "Coins" are delivered, the service is considered fully rendered.
• Muhaven.com is not responsible for errors made by the user during the payment process (e.g., entering the wrong account name).

5. Limitation of Liability

Muhaven.com is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or a bug-free experience.

The administration is not liable for the loss of virtual items or "Coins" due to technical failures, database errors, or account compromises resulting from poor user security (e.g., sharing passwords). We reserve the right to modify server rates, configurations, or balance at any time without prior notice to ensure the project's longevity.
